New Features in yuuvis® RAD client
The new features in yuuvis® RAD client version 10.x once again focus on increasing productivity. The following features have been updated or added:

You now have the option of adding object URLs to the CSV file when exporting them. With the URLs, you can simply click to open the filing location of the objects saved in the CSV file in yuuvis® RAD later on (see Exporting Hit Lists).

You can now also filter by process model the message list in the inbox.

The ≠ operator is now available in search dialogs in catalog fields, in addition to the = operator. This enables you to exclude certain values from the search. The operator can also be used for searches in saved searches (see Searching Metadata for Objects).

Users now have the option of viewing and editing the content of record objects without having to leave the editing dialog (see Show content) when editing process form tables in accepted tasks.

You now also have the option to return all accepted tasks with one click, for example, in the event of vacation or illness. You can find the Return all accepted tasks action in the message list area in the
Open task actions menu. The tasks you have accepted are not forwarded to your substitutes or returned to the original editor or recipient in contrast to the Out of office and Return task functions; instead, they are made available again to the user group with the same rights as you. The tasks you have accepted will then be visible again in the inboxes of the users in this group.

If you enable a checkbox in the chart configuration, you can make the number of partial values visible in the chart legend. Users no longer have to hover with the mouse over the segments of the chart to see the number of partial values (see Chart).

The placeholder #Current user# is available in user/user group fields. In the saved searches, this placeholder ensures that the user performing the search is also replaced appropriately in the case of a shared search. The placeholder is also available in tables in metadata forms in table columns of the type organization (see Searching Metadata for Objects).

Date/time fields in search dialogs no longer show time input fields when the = operator is selected. In this case, the period of an entire day is now used as the search criterion (see Searching Metadata for Objects).

The ≠ operator has been added to the numerical fields in search dialogs. This enables you to exclude certain values from the search. The operator can also be used for searches in tables in metadata forms and in saved searches. The placeholder is also available in tables in metadata forms in table columns of the type organization (see Searching Metadata for Objects).

Date/time fields in search dialogs have been extended by the ... operator for placeholders. This enables you to perform searches using placeholders such as yesterday, last week, or last quarter. The operator can also be used for searches in tables in metadata forms and in saved searches (see Searching Metadata for Objects).

This widget supports you when working with signatures. You can use the widget to find out how many documents of which object type are in the process of being signed or have already been signed, for example. Various configuration options are available for the evaluation of the signature statistics (see The Dashboard).

The preferred and recently opened folders are now also shown when filing files. The folders indicated as favorites or that were recently opened in yuuvis® RAD Office Add-In or yuuvis® RAD Outlook Add-In are used as a reference (see Creating Document Files).

If you select a numerical value as an attribute in the chart widget, the minimum and maximum values of the aggregation are now also shown in the chart preview. When both values are shown, it helps you configure your chart (see Chart).

Reference objects can now also be edited directly at the referencing filing location. This means that you no longer need to switch to the original object in order to edit a reference object.

If a document has been filed in a folder, the metadata of this folder is now also displayed in the Summary aspect area. The title of the drop-down menu provides information about the type of folder. If you click on the linked title, the metadata of the folder is displayed in the object area instead of the metadata of the object.

If you want to delete a saved search, you will now be notified by a warning message if this search is used in a widget. The warning also informs you in which saved dashboard the search is being used (see Deleting Saved Searches).

With the release of yuuvis® RAD version 10.x it is possible to collaborate on Microsoft Office documents with other yuuvis® RAD users in the cloud using the optional yuuvis® RAD office-365-dashlet extension (see The yuuvis® RAD office-365-dashlet).

In the case of smaller monitors or browser windows (<600 pixels wide), the Favorites,
In-tray,
Inbox and
User documentation icons are hidden in order to better display the yuuvis® RAD bar.

The image widget has been updated. It is now possible to upload larger image files (up to 5 MB) to the widget. Other image formats, such as *.gif and *.svg, are also supported (see Image widget).

The Task list widget has been updated. It is now possible to place several task lists on the dashboard. In addition, the task lists are now stored centrally, meaning that they are available on all workstations/devices on which a user is logged in (see Task list widget).

The Chart widget has been updated to include two new chart types: Line – straight and Line – curve. In addition, for some chart types, it is possible to define the threshold, interval, and start point for the data to be displayed and select from different options for how you want to display metrics. With bar and line charts, the x- and y-axes can be labeled individually. This gives users even more customization options for displaying data on their dashboard (see Chart widget).

The Recently edited and created objects widget now offers new configuration options. This allows users to decide which of the two lists they want to show or how they should be sorted (see 'Last edited ...' widget).

The Hit list or hit count widget has been split up into the Hit list and Hit count widgets and updated. The Hit list widget allows the user to now specify, for example, which metadata is displayed in the hit list (see Hit list widget). The Hit count widget now allows the user, among others, to define thresholds for the behavior of the widget (see Hit count widget).

Objects that are part of a process file are now indicated by a Process icon in the header of the object area. In the icon's tooltips, the user can see in which process the corresponding object is part of a process file (see Process file).

Users now have the option of saving their custom settings centrally on the system server. They can then distribute them to other devices or restore them on a device if necessary (see The Settings Menu).

Changes to the metadata are automatically transferred to open object lists (in hit lists or in the folder view, for example) in yuuvis® RAD client version 10.0. Users no longer need to refresh the object lists by pressing the F5 function key, for example.

It is possible to change the order of the object type lists in the search dialog to meet the user's individual requirements in yuuvis® RAD client version 10.0 (see The Search Dialog).
