Inbox

The inbox contains notifications about subscriptions, follow-ups, and workflows.

You can open the inbox via the Inbox icon in the main menu.

The inbox is divided into the following areas:

• Follow-ups/subscriptions
  • Follow-ups: You can have folders, registers, and documents followed up at a specified time in enaio® (see Managing Follow-ups). This inbox contains all followed-up objects.
  • Subscriptions: You can subscribe to objects and searches and be notified about changes to objects and new objects (see Managing Subscriptions). You can find the subscription notifications here.
  • Subscribed objects: This inbox contains the objects you have subscribed to. The subscriptions can be edited and deleted here.
• Workflow
  • My incoming messages The inbox contains all work items of workflows that you are allowed to edit (see Workflows in enaio®). Here you can find the work item that you receive as a substitute for absent users (see Setting Up Substitutes). These work items are tagged with a Substitute icon.
  • Startable workflows This inbox contains all workflows that you can start.
  • Current workflows: This inbox contains all workflows for which you are the process owner. You can view workflow details or assign work items to other users or roles (see Assigning Work Items).
