Setting Up Substitutes

enaio® webclient 11.10 »

To ensure that it is possible to continue to perform work processes during your absence, enaio® includes a substitute function. During your absence and provided they have the appropriate roles and rights, substitutes can forward your personalized and non-personalized work items or start workflows to which only you would normally have access (see Workflows in enaio®). Substitutes can also open and edit follow-ups of absent users (see Managing Follow-ups).

To be able to set up substitutes, users require the Client: Workflow substitute configuration system role.

In enaio®, it is not possible for a user to take over the substitution for a substitute. This also means that work processes taken over by a substitute are not forwarded to that person's substitute.

You or your administrator can set up substitutes. As a result, the settings you made may possibly be changed again by the administrator and vice versa.
