enaio® is a modern document management, workflow, and archiving system.

enaio® allows you to capture and manage all types of documents as a document management system. These may be scanned documents or files created with Windows applications that you file in enaio®, depending on your requirements. The documents are managed in an intuitive filing system that is tailored to your daily work tasks.

As a workflow system, enaio® enables you to create and edit documents and data on the basis of workflow models and in collaboration with other users. A workflow model comprises a sequence of processes that are assigned, executed, and forwarded to specific users.

As an archiving system, enaio® makes audit-proof archiving of documents and data on write-once media possible. This allows you to archive your documents in an audit-proof manner while saving space and paper.
