The comprehensive content management, business process management, and archiving system enaio® enables convenient further processing of document content in other applications by means of integrations. These integrations are provided by OPTIMAL SYSTEMS in the form of add-ins, add-ons, and dashlets:

enaio® office-365-dashlet

enaio® office-365-dashlet allows you to edit Microsoft Office documents directly from within enaio®. The dashlet is integrated directly in the corresponding enaio® client as a window and makes various Microsoft Office functions available to enaio® users there.

enaio® office-365-dashlet works together with enaio® client, enaio® webclient, as well as with enaio® webclient as a desktop application.

enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams

enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams enables enaio® users to share enaio® documents in Microsoft Teams, thus giving Microsoft Teams users access to enaio® documents and their index data. Microsoft Teams users can also edit and replace these documents if the enaio® user permits this when sharing an enaio® document.

enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams works together with enaio® client, enaio® webclient, as well as with enaio® webclient as a desktop application. You cannot use enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams in enaio® mobile.

enaio® Office Add-In NG

enaio® Office Add-In NG provides you with selected functions that make it easier for you to create and store documents in enaio® and to edit W-Document content in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). The functions are integrated in the Start ribbon tab of the Microsoft Office application via the add-in.

enaio® Office Add-In NG works together with enaio® client and with desktop application of enaio® webclient.

enaio® data-transfer-ng (beta)

enaio® data-transfer-ng (beta) is an add-in for Microsoft Word. It enables the automated transfer of index data from enaio® that was created with enaio® template-editor. The functions are integrated in the Start ribbon tab of Microsoft Word via the add-in.

enaio® data-transfer-ng (beta) works together with enaio® client and with desktop application of enaio® webclient.

enaio® Outlook Add-In NG

enaio® Outlook Add-In NG provides functions that make it easier for you to transfer Microsoft Outlook elements (e.g., e-mails or appointment requests/cancellations) from GroupWise to enaio®. The functions are integrated into the Start and Message ribbon tabs in Microsoft Outlook via an add-in.

enaio® Outlook Add-In NG works together with enaio® client and with desktop application of enaio® webclient.

enaio® GroupWise Add-On NG

enaio® provides functions that make it easy to transfer e-mails from GroupWise to enaio® GroupWise Add-On NG. They are integrated into the Mailbox main toolbar and to the GroupWise context menu by the add-on.

enaio® GroupWise Add-On NG works together with enaio® client and with desktop application of enaio® webclient.

enaio® search NG

enaio® search NG is an optional component of enaio® that is integrated in Microsoft Outlook. It allows you to access e-mails managed in enaio® directly from Microsoft Outlook. You can search, display, or forward e-mails.

enaio® supports file extensions containing more than ten characters and Unicode characters.
Please note that the maximum supported file size depends on a number of a different factors. This includes the file type, the file content, the specific use case, and the client used.
