The Microsoft Office 365 Dashlet
Microsoft Office 365 is supported by enaio® client, enaio® webclient , enaio® webclient as a desktop application, and enaio® coLab .
enaio® office-365-dashlet allows you to edit Microsoft Office documents directly from within enaio® and enaio® coLab. The dashlet is integrated directly in the corresponding enaio® client as a window and makes various Microsoft Office functions available to users there. Consult the respective user help guides for more information on how to open the dashlet and how to edit Microsoft Office documents in the enaio® office-365-dashlet.
The dashlet will offer you different Microsoft functions, depending on whether you have selected a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file in enaio® client. You will find a brief description below. You do not need an Microsoft Office 365 account to use these functions, with the exception of 'Edit.' Consult the respective help guides in Microsoft Office 365 if you want to learn more about the functions and how to use them in Microsoft Office 365 .

The Word document will be converted to a PDF file that you can open and print when you click the Print icon in the header of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet. Alternatively, you can also use Ctrl+P. | ||
Search | You can search the Word document by clicking the Find icon in the dropdown menu of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet. | |
Translate | You can translate the content of the Word document into various languages by clicking the Translate icon in the dropdown menu of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet. | |
Copy | If you mark text passages in the content preview in the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet, you can copy them to the Windows clipboard and insert them into documents or applications by pressing Ctrl+C. The copy function is available in the dashlet via the context menu. | |
Zoom | If you click the percentage in the footer of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet, the Zoom mode menu opens and you can change the scaling of the content preview in the dashlet. |

Click the Microsoft Office 365 icon in the header of the Viewing dashlet and then the Editing icon in the dropdown menu that appears if you want to edit the Excel file. Alternatively, you can double-click in the Excel spreadsheet and then click the Edit workbook button in the error message that appears. |

Search | There is a search input field available in the header of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet, which you can use to search the content of the Excel file. The search function is available in the dashlet via the context menu. Alternatively, you can also use Ctrl+F. | |
Pressing Ctrl+P will call up the Print menu of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet that you can use to convert the Excel file to a PDF file that you can open and print. | ||

Scroll |
If you click the scroll icons (, ) in the footer of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet, you can scroll through the PowerPoint presentation. Alternatively, you can also click the displayed slide in the dashlet to scroll. If you click the slide numbering between the scroll icons, you can select the slide to show from the menu that appears. |

Notes | If you click the NOTES icon in the footer of the Microsoft Office 365 dashlet, you can view in the dashlet the notes from the PowerPoint presentation. | |

enaio® supports file extensions containing more than ten characters and Unicode characters.
Please note that the maximum supported file size depends on a number of a different factors. This includes the file type, the file content, the specific use case, and the client used.
