enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams
It is possible with the help of the optional extension enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams:
-
to share enaio® documents in Microsoft Teams (supported by enaio® client, enaio® webclient, and enaio® webclient as a desktop application).
-
to store documents from Microsoft Teams in enaio® (supported by enaio® client).
-
The corresponding enaio® client needs to be configured to work with Microsoft Teams. To do this, the 'msteams-client' and 'msteams-actions' microservices must be integrated into the enaio® system accordingly (see enaio® services-admin\Microsoft Teams Services ).
-
You will need a Microsoft Teams account.
-
The enaio® app needs to be activated in the corresponding Teams channels, chats, or meetings (the enaio® tab is shown in the corresponding areas) in Microsoft Teams.
Filing Documents from Microsoft Teams in enaio®
If the enaio® system is configured accordingly, enaio® client users can use enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams to file documents from Microsoft Teams directly in enaio®.
You can file documents from Teams channels, chats, or meetings in enaio®. The documents need to be included in a post or message in Microsoft Teams. All attachments in a post or message are always filed as separate files in enaio®. Embedded images are treated like an attachment. Once the documents have been saved in the enaio® client repository, they can be moved and edited further.
You can find information on how to file documents from Microsoft Teams in enaio® using the enaio® client’s product help.
Sharing and Editing enaio® Documents in Microsoft Teams
enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams enables enaio® users to post enaio® documents in Microsoft Teams, thus giving Microsoft Teams users access to enaio® documents and their index data. Microsoft Teams users can also edit and replace these documents if the enaio® user permits this when creating an enaio® document.
For detailed information on releasing enaio® documents, please refer to the corresponding help files of enaio® client, enaio® webclient , and enaio® webclient as a desktop application.
