If you have entered a project room via the project overview page of enaio® coLab, the name of the project room in which you are currently located is shown in the coLab header. Project room owners and project members with a corresponding user-defined role can change the name of a project room in the settings view (see The General Settings Area).

You can compose messages, as well as edit and delete messages that you have composed yourself on the home screen (see Creating Messages).

You can download, replace, share, and delete files in the directory structure of the files view, depending on your role rights. You can also use the files view to create tasks and messages that are linked to files.
In the content preview, you can create preview annotations in the files view and export files including the preview annotations as a PDF.
