The User Profile

The user profile gives you an overview of the key information about your account in enaio® coLab. The settings in the user profile apply to all project rooms in enaio® coLab for which you are a member.

You can open the user profile by clicking the round user icon in the header of enaio® coLab. The dropdown menu that appears is divided into the About coLab, User profile, and Log out areas.

The About coLab Menu

The About coLab menu contains information about the product version, the component version and the user documentation. You need this information if you want to make use of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS support.

You open the menu when you click the round user icon in the header of enaio® coLab and then on the About coLab menu item in the dropdown menu that appears.

The User profile Menu

The User profile area contains information on the display language, your user name, and your e-mail address stored in enaio® coLab. You use this e-mail address to receive notifications when new tasks are created, for example.

You open the menu when you click the round user icon in the header of enaio® coLab and then on the User profile menu item in the dropdown menu that appears.

You have the option of changing the display language of enaio® coLab in the User profile menu (see Changing the Display Language). Your user name and e-mail address are automatically populated using the information from the accounts on which the registration is based. The data cannot be modified.

No e-mail address is stored in enaio® coLab when registering via social media accounts such as Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. For this reason, notifications such as those regarding assigned tasks are not possible.

The Log out Function

You can access the Log out function in the dropdown menu that appears if you click the round user icon in the header of enaio® coLab (see also Logging out from enaio® coLab).
