Overview of the Project Rooms

When you log in to enaio® coLab, the first page you will see is the enaio® coLab project overview page. A tile list on the project overview page shows the project rooms in which you are a project member. Each tile contains information about the respective project room, such as the name of the project room, the owner(s) of the project room, and the number of open tasks.

coLab administrators can see all project rooms on the overview page, even those in which they are not project members.

You can search for the name or owner of a project room in the header of the overview page. You can also sort the list of project rooms based on the following criteria:

  • The names of the project rooms you are a member of, that is, to which you have access.

  • The names of the project rooms you are the owner of (My project rooms entry).

  • The names of the project room owners.

Navigation

The project room names in a tile are linked to the project rooms you are a member of. Clicking the project room names linked in a tile will take you to the home screen of the corresponding project room (see The Project’s Home Screen).

Clicking the enaio® icon enaio® icon in the header of enaio® coLab will take you back to the project overview page from any page in enaio® coLab.

If you click the round user icon on the right in the header, you can use the menu that appears to access your User Profile, to show information on enaio® coLab, or log out of enaio® coLab.

coLab administrators can see the Administrator settings icon Admin settings icon in the header of the overview page. Clicking this icon opens the settings area for coLab administrators. The settings area provides coLab administrators with functions and tools, such as for creating user-defined roles.

coLab administrators can also see the Show members button in each of the project room tiles on the overview page. Clicking the Show members button in a project room tile shows a list of the names of the members of the respective project room, the e-mail addresses stored for them, and the member role.

Changes

Project room owners and project members with a corresponding user-defined role can change the description of project rooms you are a member of in the settings of the respective project room (see Changing Project Names and Descriptions).

coLab administrators can delete project memberships (except for those of project room owners) and project rooms on the overview page.

The following things may cause a tile to no longer be shown on the project overview page:

  • A project room owner or a coLab administrator has deleted your project membership.

  • A project room owner or a coLab administrator has deleted the project room.
