enaio® 11.10 »

Two-factor Authentication

enaio® client now supports two-factor authentication when logging in. Your administrator can individually determine the users who are required to use two-factor authentication to log in (see enaio® clientStarting, Logging In, Exiting).

Saving Window Layouts

Users can now save up to five different window layouts in enaio® client as of Release 11.10. The position, size, and docking status of the windows (object search, navigation, inboxes, content preview, details preview, dashlets, etc.) are saved. It offers improved support for different workstations with different monitor configurations. The saved layouts can be managed in the new window layout management (see Saving the Window Layout).

Folder Type Options

The manner in which the link area is shown can now be configured across cabinets. You can define behavior options for each cabinet, folder, and register type. This adjustment applies to all objects of the same object type when searching objects (see Folder Type Options).

Filing Documents from Microsoft Teams

Using enaio® integration-for-microsoft-teams, documents from Microsoft Teams channels, chats, and meetings can now be stored directly in enaio® in enaio® client. The documents need to be included in a post or message in Microsoft Teams (see Filing Documents from Microsoft Teams).

Managing Absence

enaio® client now has decentralized absence management as of Release 11.10. Absence management is used for the decentralized management of absences (sick notes, etc.) of smaller groups by the back office. Users with the Client: Manage absences for workflows system role can then change in enaio® client the presence or absence status of smaller user groups (see Managing Absence).

Fields Are Trimmed Uniformly

The behavior of index data fields in enaio® client was standardized with Release 11.10. Previously, normal fields were only trimmed at the end, but mandatory fields were trimmed at both the end and front. The trimming of mandatory fields has therefore been adjusted accordingly. Mandatory fields are now also only trimmed at the end.

Multilingual Workflows

As of version 11.10, multilingual workflows are supported in enaio®. Depending on the selected language of the object definition, localized labels are used in the My incoming messages inbox and in the details preview in the Workflow area. In forms, an icon can be displayed on buttons instead of a text, which can be configured differently depending on the selected language of the object definition. In addition, multilingual dynamic catalogs and multilingual column names in the process history of workflows are now supported.

Treeview Add-on Supports Multilingualism

The Treeview add-on now supports multilingual selection lists. The Treeview add-on enables structured selection lists to be integrated into an index data form, which function like tree or hierarchy catalogs and where multiple selection is possible. When using the Treeview add-on in multiple languages, you can store the names of nodes and entries in different languages (see Add-ons).

Multilingual Combined Search

Multilingual catalogs are now also searched by the full-text search in the combined search. In the case of a search request, all objects with multilingual catalogs will be found regardless of the user language used to save the index data or the language in which the request was made (see Multilingual Catalogs).

enaio® office-365-dashlet Displays Descriptive File Names

In the preview, enaio® office-365-dashlet no longer displays the object ID of the selected document as before, but a descriptive file name. This file name is created based on index data and user settings in enaio®.
