The enaio® administrator-for-workflow (web) Dashboard
Via the dashboard of enaio® administrator-for-workflow (web), different views of the processes can be selected in the main menu to obtain a better overview. The following views and areas are available:

Dashboard |
The dashboard of enaio® administrator-for-workflow (web) provides an overview of the state of the database and the workflow engine. Click the buttons Locked processes, Locked tables, and Worker queue to display the corresponding views with detailed information. Displays an overview of the locked processes in a list. The list of locked processes can be sorted and filtered by process, lock time, server, and thread ID. The modified list layout can be reset. The locking of selected processes can be removed. Displays an overview of the locked tables in a list. The list of locked tables can be sorted and filtered by table, status, lock time, server, and thread ID. The modified list layout can be reset. The selected tables can be unlocked. The worker queue is an internal server mechanism for handling processes. It displays an overview of all elements in the queue. The list can be sorted and filtered by activity, activity status, target activity status, process, creation time, lockedstatus, lock time, and server. The modified list layout can be reset. |

Active models | All process models that are active or in use are displayed in the area. Running processes can also be suspended, resumed, canceled, or deleted here. In a details view, the process model is displayed as a graphic and the individual activities of the selected process are shown. Reports can be created from selected processes and exported in csv or xmlformat (see Models). |

History |
This area shows the history of active and completed processes, sorted by process model. A details view shows the actions of a selected process. In this area, reports can be created for selected processes and exported in csv or xmlformat and processes can be deleted (see History). |

Roles with at least one process in the inbox |
The area displays all roles for which activities are still pending in running processes. If multiple roles are assigned to activities or if multiple activities of a process are active, the assignments to all affected roles are displayed (see Processes broken down by role). |

Users with at least one process in the inbox |
The area displays users who are in roles for which there are pending activities. All existing activities for users and their associated processes then appear in the list window (see Processes broken down by user). |

Organization |
In this area, you can select which models and processes are to be displayed in the other areas from the different organizations displayed (see Organizations). |

|
User menu |
Opens a menu for application settings containing information on the program version and the components used as well as for closing the program (see User menu). |
