The Models Area
By clicking the Active models icon in the main menu, all enabled models of the organization selected in the
Organization area are displayed in the submenu that opens.
Depending on the model selected in the submenu, the current processes of the model are listed in the workspace. The number of all listed or selected processes is displayed in the process list header.
The following data is displayed in the process list:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
|
Process |
Name of the process model |
|
Status |
Status of the process (running, suspended, interrupted) |
|
Creator |
User who started the process |
|
Creation time |
Time when the process was created |
|
Subject |
Subject line determined for the model |
|
Last activity |
Process activity that was last completed |
|
Time |
Time when the last activity ended |
The process list can be sorted by columns. The sorting is saved and available again when the model is changed or the application is closed and reopened. The list layout can be reset via the More actions menu.
The list can be filtered using the filter buttons and the input field in the header of the process list. If you click on a filter button, the button is highlighted and only the processes that match the filter criterion are displayed in the process list. Another click on a button with a colored background removes the filter. Several filters can be activated at the same time. Use the filter input field to filter the process list according to any content (except in the Status column). The search also finds partial terms and ignores upper and lower case; wildcards and operators are not supported.
Selected processes in the list can be suspended, resumed, canceled, and deleted using the buttons above the list.
The Properties button above the list or a double-click on an entry in the process list opens a detailed view of the selected process, which displays information on individual activities, the history of activities and the variables of a selected activity. The details view also provides a graphical view of the selected process.
The Report button generates and exports a report of all selected processes in the csv or in xml file format with and without variable values.
