The Active Models Area

enaio® administrator-for-workflow (web) 12.0 »

By clicking the Active models icon Active models icon in the main menu, all enabled models of the organization selected in the Organization icon Organization area are displayed in the submenu that opens.

Depending on the model selected in the submenu, the model’s current processes are listed in the process overview table in the workspace. At the top of the table, the number of all listed processes and all selected processes is displayed next to the model name. Below that, the table displays the total number of running, paused, and suspended processes.

The following data is displayed in the table:

Column Description

Process

Process name

Status

Status of the process (running, suspended, interrupted)

Creator

User who started the process

Creation time

Time when the process was created

Subject

Subject line determined for the model

Last activity

Process activity that was last completed

Time

Time when the last activity ended

The process overview table can be sorted by individual columns. The sorting is saved and available again when the model is changed or the application is closed and reopened. You can reset the table layout via the More actions iconMore actions menu.

You can filter the process overview table using the filter buttons and the input field in the table header. When you click a filter button, the button is highlighted in color, and the table displays only the processes that match the filter criteria. Clicking a highlighted button again removes the filter. You can enable multiple filters at the same time. Use the filter input field to filter the table by any content (except for the Status columns). The search also finds partial matches and is not case-sensitive. Wildcards and operators are not supported.

If the data load time for displaying the processes in the process overview table exceeds 3 seconds, or if the hit list contains more than 5,000 entries, the paginated view is used. The sort functions for the columns Status, Creator, Subject, Last activity, and Time are then no longer available. The filter input field can now only be used to filter the first column of the table.

Processes selected in the table can be suspended, resumed, canceled, or deleted using the buttons above the process overview table. The same functions are also available in the context menu of a selected process.

Clicking the Details view of the selected process - icon Properties button above the process overview table or in the context menu, or double-clicking an entry in the table, opens the details view of the selected process. This view displays information about individual activities, the history of activities, and the variables of a selected activity. The details view also provides a graphical representation of the selected process. For a detailed description of the detail view for the selected process, see Models – Details View.

The Report with all marked processes - icon Report button above the process overview table or in the context menu generates and exports a report of all selected processes in the *.csv or the *.xml file format, with or without variable values.
