The History Area

enaio® administrator-for-workflow (web) 12.0 »

By clicking the History icon History icon in the main menu, all active models of the organization selected in the Organization icon Organization area are displayed in the submenu that opens.

Depending on the model selected in the submenu, the current and completed processes of the model are listed in the workspace. The same columns that are shown in the model view are shown, with the exception of the Last activity column.

The following data is displayed in the list:

Column Description

Process

Name of the process model

Status

Status of the process (running, suspended, interrupted)

Creator

User who started the process

Creation time

Time when the process was created

Subject

Subject line determined for the model

End time

Time when the last activity ended

The list of current processes can be sorted and filtered separately by column. The sorting is saved and available again when the model is changed or the application is closed and reopened. The list layout can be reset via the More actions iconMore actions menu.

The list can be filtered by status and process name. In the history view, all models are displayed with their version number. Each time a model is modified, the version number is automatically incremented. Processes can be filtered by version number using the process name filter.

The number of all listed or selected processes is displayed in the list header. The number of all canceled and completed processes in the list is also displayed in the header area.

Selected processes can be deleted using the Delete marked processes - icon Delete button located above the list.

The Details view of the selected process - icon Properties button above the list opens the details view of a process selected in the list, with information on individual process actions and activities as well as on the variables of a selected entry.

The Report with all marked processes - icon Report button generates and exports a report of all selected processes in the csv or in xml file format with and without variable values.
