The History Area
When you click the History icon in the main menu, the submenu that opens displays all closed or canceled models for the organization selected in the
Organization area. The list displays all models along with their version numbers. Each time a model is modified, the version number is automatically incremented.
Depending on the model selected in the submenu, the model’s completed processes are listed in the process overview table in the workspace. At the top of the table, the number of all listed processes and all selected processes is displayed next to the model name. Below that, the table displays the total number of aborted and terminated processes.
The following data is displayed in the table:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
|
Process |
Process name |
|
Status |
Process status (canceled, completed) |
|
Creator |
User who started the process |
|
Creation time |
Time when the process was created |
|
Subject |
Subject line determined for the model |
|
End time |
Time when the last activity ended |
The process overview table can be sorted by the columns Process, Creation time, and End time. The sorting is saved and available again when the model is changed or the application is closed and reopened. You can reset the table layout via the More actions menu.
You can filter the process overview table using the filter buttons and the input field in the table header. When you click a filter button, the button is highlighted in color, and the table displays only the processes that match the filter criteria. Clicking a highlighted button again removes the filter. You can enable multiple filters at the same time. Use the filter input field to filter the process overview table by process name. The filter input field also accepts partial terms and is not case-sensitive. Placeholders and operators are not supported.
Clicking the Properties button above the process overview table or in the context menu, or double-clicking an entry in the table, opens the details view of the selected process. This view lists information about individual process actions and activities, as well as the associated variables of the selected process. For a detailed description of the details view of the selected process, see History Area – Details View.
Selected processes can be deleted using the Delete button above the process overview table or via the context menu.
The Report button above the process overview table or in the context menu generates and exports a report of all selected processes in the *.csv or the *.xml file format, with or without variable values.
