The General Settings Area
The General settings area is part of the Settings view. Here you can make changes to the settings of the project room in which you are currently located. Open the General settings area by clicking the Settings icon in the main navigation and then on the General tab.
If you selected the Slim, Slim +, or Horizontal menu type, you first have to click the Project icon in the main navigation before you can click the Settings icon in the submenu that opens.
If you selected the Overlay menu type, you first have to click the Main navigation icon in the coLab header before you can click the Settings icon in the main navigation bar that opens.
You can find more information about the menu types that are available at Customizing the User Interface.
The General settings area is divided into the following areas:

enaio® root object

- (Download reference file (*.os))
Depending on the settings in your browser, an *.os reference file is offered for downloading or executing when you click the link. enaio® users can use the *.os reference file to show the root object and its location.
*.os reference files are supported by enaio® client, enaio® webclient as a desktop application, and enaio® mobile. enaio® webclient does not support *.os reference files.

enaio® users of enaio® webclient can click this link to open enaio® webclient in their browser and view the location of the root object.

By de/activating the Show messages and Show tasks checkboxes, you also have the option of showing or hiding the message and task area on the project's overview page and the tasks view.

Delete project room
Project room owners, project members with a corresponding user-defined role, and coLab administrator can delete project rooms by clicking the Delete project room button. You can find a detailed description on how to delete project rooms under Deleting Project Rooms.
