Administrator Functions in enaio® coLab
Some administrator functions can be found directly in the enaio® coLab client. coLab administrators are shown the Admin settings icon in the main navigation. Clicking this icon opens the settings area for coLab administrators.
The coLab administrator must be a member of the default colabAdmins rights group in enaio®.
Various functions and tools are available for Admin settings in the coLab administrators area:

Role management
In this area, you can create, edit, copy, and delete specific roles for the users of enaio® coLab (see Roles Management in enaio® coLab).

Jobs
Recurring, automated task routines are listed in enaio® coLab, which can be started individually if required, in this area (see Jobs in enaio® coLab).

External users
The coLab users who do not have access to enaio® are listed in the
External users area. You can use the information in the list to find out the name of the project participant and the relevant project room, for example (see Managing External Users).

API
A REST API is available for enaio® coLab, which provides endpoints that make it possible to control the lifecycle of a project room from external applications. The tokens required to use the API are managed in the
API area (see The API in enaio® coLab).

Appearance
You have the option of adapting the external appearance of
Appearance to corporate design specifications, for example, in the enaio® coLab area (see Appearance in enaio® coLab).

Templates
You can store e-mail templates for various events in the
Templates area. An editor is available for creating the templates. Placeholders can be used to integrate context-specific information (see Templates in enaio® coLab).
