Managing External Users

All project room participants who do not have access to enaio® are listed in a table in the Administrator settings icon Admin settings > External users icon External users area. This includes all project room participants with quick access (see Setting Up a Quick Access for enaio® coLab).

The table of external users contains the participant names, the e-mail addresses, and the project room names of the external users. The table also lists the type of login access for external users.

The area does not contain any other functions, apart from sorting and filter functions.

The membership of an external user cannot be deleted by the coLab administrator. Project members can only be deleted by project room owners and project members with a corresponding user-based role in the respective project room (see Manage project members External link – icon).
