You can store templates of e-mails for various processes, such as invitations, task, or document creation in the Templates icon Templates area and in turn overwrite the default template.

There is nothing that needs to be taken into account during installation and system setup.

An editor is available for creating the templates. Placeholders can be used to integrate context-specific information.

You will delete the content of the existing template if you edit a template using the Reset to default icon Reset to default function.

Not all e-mail applications support HTML e-mails, so it is possible that the recipient may not see the formatting from the templates.
