The "Log out" action has also been removed. In this case, it will no longer be displayed in the settings menu of yuuvis® RAD client.
HTTPS and Self-Signed Certificates
When using HTTPS and self-signed certificates, the user must confirm the use of such a certificate when logging in to the system by ticking the box in the login dialog.
OAUTH2 Login Procedure
yuuvis® RAD supports login in environments with Identity Provider and OAuth2. Contact your administrator for more information.
If you want to use yuuvis® RAD agent in such environments, the yuuvis® RAD system must be configured accordingly. In the Connections area of yuuvis® RAD agent, you must enter the corresponding connection data and activate the OAuth2 checkbox. Your administrator will provide you with the connection data.
The Change password menu in the Settings will not be available if automated login or two-factor authentication (such as OAuth2) has been configured for your system.
Notes on Licenses
-
Concurrent licenses
There may be instances where no licenses are available in the case of systems with concurrent licenses. The user is then shown a message to this effect when they attempt to log in. They can then log in if another user logs out.
-
Provisional and test systems
Provisional or test system users are shown a message with information on the type of license system and its expiration date when they log in. This message is constantly shown in the yuuvis® RAD bar during the month prior to date on which the license expires. The user can then contact their administrator and have the license renewed. Once the expiration date has been reached, it is no longer possible to create new objects or edit existing ones.
-
License expiration date
Production system users are shown a message during the month prior to the date on which their license expires. The message is then constantly shown in the yuuvis® RAD bar. The user can then contact their administrator and have the license renewed. Once the expiration date has been reached, it is no longer possible to create new objects or edit existing ones.
