-
Work items whose dunning period has expired can trigger the following actions:
-
E-mail notification
Depending on the configuration of the workflow model, you or other users can be notified by e-mail about the missed deadline.
-
Clearing a personalization
- Depending on the configuration of the workflow model, personalizations can be automatically cleared after a pre-specified dunning period has elapsed.
- If a dunning period has been assigned to a work item, the personalization of the work item can be cleared once the dunning period has elapsed so that it can be edited by other users with the appropriate rights (e.g., users with the same role and substitutes) (see Personalizing Work Items and Clearing Personalizations).
-
Reassigning a work item
Depending on the configuration of the workflow model, work items whose dunning period has expired can be assigned to other users or roles contingent on their presence status or substitution rules; this can also be done by the process owner (see Assigning Work Items).
