For a better overview, you can set work items in the 
My incoming messages inbox as read or unread. You can open the My incoming messages inbox via the 
Inbox icon in the main menu. The 
Set as read and 
Set as unread functions can be found in the context menu of a selected workflow.
Right-click (enaio® webclient and enaio® webclient as a desktop application) or press and hold (enaio® mobile) to open the context menu of the search form.
The context menu can also be opened on smartphones by clicking the 
More actions icon found on each line.
The total number of work items in your My incoming messages inbox as well as the number of unread work items are also shown on the dashboard (see Dashboard).
