Creating Follow-ups

enaio® webclient 11.10 »

You can create follow-ups for objects (e.g., folders, registers, and documents) in enaio®. Follow-ups are used as a processing reminder, for example. They are shown in Inbox – icon Inbox > Follow-ups icon Follow-ups once a specified time has passed (see Inbox). They remain there until you set the status to Edited icon Edited via the context menu.

If you create several follow-ups with the same follow-up time for an object, only the last follow-up created will be shown in the Follow-ups icon Follow-ups inbox.

The dashboard of enaio® webclient shows how many follow-up notifications are listed in the Follow-ups icon Follow-ups inbox. Unread follow-up notifications are highlighted to indicate they have not yet been read.

If you select an object in an object list (e.g., in a hit list or at a location), you can see in the Details preview icon Details preview view whether follow-ups have been set up for an object (see The Preview Area).
