Dashlets
Dashlets are customizable areas that can be integrated into the preview area. The contents of dashlets are predefined by the administrator and cannot be changed by users. Dashlets allow you to integrate websites and applications such as Wikipedia, Google Maps, or Microsoft Office 365.
The clients (enaio® webclient and/or enaio® webclient as a desktop application) that are supported depend on the respective dashlet. enaio® mobile and mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones do not support dashlets.
Multiple dashlets can be integrated into the preview area. Depending on the width of the area, the header of the preview area shows the icons for accessing the dashlets. If the width is not sufficient for all integrated dashlets, these can be called via the 'More daslets' menu.
By clicking the Undock icon in the header area of the preview area, you can separate enaio® webclient from enaio® webclient as a desktop application in and in and show it in its own browser window. You can adjust the size of this separate browser window and move it to a separate monitor, for example.
The following dashlets will be described in this documentation:
-
coLab dashlet
Establishes a direct connection between a selected coLab object (folder, register, or document) in enaio® webclient or in enaio® webclient as a desktop application and enaio® coLab (see coLab dashlet).
-
enaio® kairos dashlet

-
enaio® office-365-dashlet
