enaio® lumee
enaio® lumee works together with enaio® client, enaio® webclient
, and enaio® webclient as a desktop application
. This does not apply to enaio® mobile or to mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, however.
You can use the optional dashlet enaio® lumee to leverage artificial intelligence to search, evaluate, and summarize documents, index data, and basic data. enaio® lumee is integrated in the content preview of enaio® client, enaio® webclient, and enaio® webclient as a desktop application as a dashlet. Clicking the enaio® lumee icon in the content preview of the respective client will open the dashlet.
The enaio® lumee icon can be modified by your administrator.
You can ask your questions in the form of sentences and explore the answers in greater depth with the help of a dialogue. When answering further questions, enaio® lumee includes the answers from the previous chat thread. The query can include both the entire database of enaio®, provided you have access to the corresponding objects and these have been configured for this, as well as only selected objects. In this case, select the relevant objects in an object list, such as documents in a hit list or at a location. The answers list the objects with a relevance value that were used as a basis for answering the questions.
enaio® lumee can also be configured by your administrator to disable the use of the indexed vector database. enaio® lumee then supports only context-related prompts. This means that only the content of the selected objects is evaluated. An analysis of the entire data set is then not possible.
Documents stored in the tray (enaio® client), internal tray (enaio® webclient), or the recycle bin are not analyzed by enaio® lumee.

Activating the checkbox will reduce a query to the search of objects previously selected in an object list (such as a hit list or at a location). If the Use documents checkbox is enabled, the previously marked objects appear in the footer of the dashlet. By clearing the selection, you can remove the displayed objects from the list. If folders or registers are selected and listed in the footer, only the index data of these objects is evaluated by enaio® lumee.
