enaio® coLab 11.10

The user menu gives you an overview of the key information about your account in enaio® coLab. The settings in the user menu apply to all project rooms in enaio® coLab for which you are a member.

Clicking the round user icon in the coLab header will open the user menu. The dropdown menu that appears is divided into the following areas:

Menu entry	Description
User profile	The User profile menu contains information on your user name and your e-mail address stored in enaio® coLab. You use this e-mail address to receive notifications when new tasks are created, for example. Your user name and e-mail address are automatically populated using the information from the accounts on which the registration is based. The data cannot be modified. No e-mail address is stored in enaio® coLab when registering via social media accounts such as Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. For this reason, notifications such as those regarding assigned tasks are not possible. You can also customize the user interface to reflect your personal requirements in the user profile. To give a few examples, you can choose between different colors, font sizes, and menu types (see Customizing the User Interface).
About enaio® coLab	Clicking the About enaio® coLab icon opens a menu containing information about the product or component version, the software manufacturer, and the user documentation. You need this information if you want to make use of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS support. Click the User documentation button in the menu to access the enaio® coLab online help.
User documentation	Click the User documentation button to access the enaio® coLab online help.
Log out	Click the Log out button to log out of enaio® coLab (see also Logging out from enaio® coLab).
