The user menu gives you an overview of the key information about your user profile in enaio® coLab. The settings in the user menu apply to all project rooms in enaio® coLab for which you are a member.
Clicking the round user icon in the coLab header will open the user menu. The dropdown menu that appears is divided into the following areas:

 User profile |
The Your user name and e-mail address are automatically populated using the information from the user account on which the registration is based. The user name and e-mail address can be changed (see Changing User Data). No e-mail address is stored in enaio® coLab when registering via social media accounts such as Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. For this reason, notifications such as those regarding assigned tasks are not possible. However, you have the option of subsequently entering an e-mail address in the user data (see Changing User Data). You can also change the home screen for project rooms in the user profile (see Changing the Project’s Home Screen). You can also customize the user interface to reflect your personal requirements in the user profile. To give a few examples, you can choose between different colors, font sizes, menu types, and home screens (see Customizing the User Interface). |
