enaio® coLab is started in the browser. It is not necessary to install the program locally. enaio® coLab can be opened in the current versions of popular browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge (desktop editions).

Initial Login or Registration

You need an invitation e-mail from an enaio® coLab project room owner in order to participate in enaio® coLab. The e-mail contains a link to log on and access the enaio® coLab project room. The enaio® coLab login page appears if you click the link in your invitation e-mail.

You have the following options to log in to enaio® coLab on the login page:

  • enaio® User

    enaio® users can log in to enaio® coLab using their enaio® user name and enaio® password and set up a user account. You can use the user account to manage access and adjustments in the settings for several project rooms.

  • External users

    External users have the following options for logging in to enaio® coLab on the login page:

Registration via various registration channels
The login via different login channels (such as Google or LinkedIn) leads to the creation of different user accounts. No synchronization or data exchange is possible between the user accounts.

Logging in to using NTLM
enaio® coLab also supports registration or login using NTLM. The registration and login process may differ from the documentation depending on the configuration of your enaio® system and the integration of enaio® coLab. Please contact your administrator if you have any questions.

Logging in to using Keycloak
enaio® coLab also supports registration or login using Keycloak. The registration and login process may differ from the documentation depending on the configuration of your enaio® system and the integration of enaio® coLab. As the Keycloak login button can also be customized by your administrator, the appearance of the button can also vary. Please contact your administrator if you have any questions.
