enaio® editor-for-workflow

enaio® 11.10 »

You can use enaio® editor-for-workflow to create the workflow models and an organizational structure for using workflow models.

Use enaio® administrator-for-workflow to manage workflow processes.

enaio® editor-for-workflow and enaio® administrator-for-workflow are installed as a part of the administration components via the MSI package enaio_administration.msi located in the directory \Frontend\Administration\. You can start the programs from the installation directory or via the configured program group.

It is necessary to have the 'WFG' license at the workstation, and users need the WF editor system roles.

The interface of enaio® editor-for-workflow and enaio® administrator-for-workflow is shown in the application language that the user set in enaio® client. Reports, overviews, and reports are also displayed in this language.

At startup, enaio® editor-for-workflow reads which languages the object definition contains and allows models to be localized into the languages of the object definition.

Make sure that enaio® editor-for-workflow is not running when languages are added or deleted in enaio® editor to avoid inconsistencies.

The installation data also includes two workflow models for standard tasks and processes. These models can be easily customized and integrated.

The periodic jobs 'WFM::WorkItemNoti', 'WFM::WorkerJob', 'WFM::SpoolerJob', and 'WFM::CheckJob' must be enabled in enaio® enterprise-manager for the enaio® workflow.
