Standard Ad-hoc Workflow and Taskflow

In order to be able to use the possibilities of the workflow quickly and easily, enaio® contains two models that can be integrated with little adaptation:

• Standard ad-hoc workflow

  This model includes commonly encountered work items that make up workflows in organizations: confirmation of notice, release, poll, follow-up inquiry, collaborate, revise. The sequence of work item is determined by the users.

• Taskflow

  In day-to-day business, many processes consist of just one step, a simple assignment of tasks. Such a task can be carried out in many different ways in enaio®. The 'Taskflow' model offers many benefits of a workflow, such as substitutions, personalization and logging.

The data for the models can be found in the Service Portal in the \Samples\Workflow-ProzessKomponenten directory.

To import the models, select the System projects entry and drag it to Organization with the mouse.

The models are available in German, English, and French. As system projects, they are read-only. If the models are to be edited, they must be copied into a separate workflow project after import.

The following files are part of the models:

osdefaultmodels.xml	Import file for the models.
osDefaultModels_Config.xml	Configuration file for logging. The file must be copied to the \etc directory of the data directory.
osdefaultmodels.xsl	Stylesheet for the document type 'Protocol_XML'. The stylesheet must be copied to the \etc\templates directory of the data directory.
objdef_osdefaultmodels.xml	Object definition file for the log object types.
