enaio® exchange-ng 11.10

Use enaio® exchange-ng as an optional component of enaio® in environments with an Exchange server on-premises to perform the following tasks:

Archiving Exchange e-mails

If you are running Exchange servers, the size of the folders they contain can grow to such an extent that it slows down the servers over time. With enaio® exchange-ng you can forward e-mails to enaio® server for filing based on detailed, flexibly configurable rules.

The e-mails can be deleted in Exchange or the size can be reduced by adding references to the e-mail in enaio®.

Prompt filing of original objects

By transferring the objects to enaio® server and filing them in a structured way, they are easily accessible to all users and can be integrated into a broader information landscape.

This is configured in enaio® exchange-ng Administrator.

Configurations are run in enaio® exchange-ng Monitor.

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:

Clicking the product icon in the header returns you to the beginning of the current area. Use the toolbar to access the initial page:
