Searching Objects via Object ID

yuuvis® RAD management-studio 7.x

The object search can be used to search for objects via their object ID.

The search can be extended to include objects in the recycle bin.

The object search is accessed in yuuvis® RAD management-studio via the Main menu > Object search.

The following data is displayed for the object:

Versions	If there are several versions of an object, the versions are listed.
System properties	Properties of the object that are automatically added by the system.
Metadata	Metadata of the object. Data from tables can be displayed.
Storage details	For folders, the documents contained in the folders are displayed; for documents, the folders are displayed.
Recycle bin	For deleted objects, the user and the deletion time are displayed.
Storage location	Location of the object with media set and media.

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:

Clicking the product icon in the header returns you to the beginning of the current area. Use the toolbar to access the initial page:
