Exporting Documents

The following functions for exporting documents to yuuvis® RAD client are available to users by default:

  • Download document file

  • Copy to clipboard, in original file format or as PDF

  • Send e-mail, in original file format or as PDF

These functions can be linked to a role. They will then only be offered to users with this role in yuuvis® RAD client.

Create a corresponding role and assign it to the desired users. This role does not require object type rights or functional rights. Existing roles can also be used.

You can then enable the export restriction by entering the following entry in the extend.json configuration file:

}

If the configuration has been changed, users must delete cookies and website data in the browser to update the configuration.
