Printing Documents
enaio® offers a number of options to print a document's content:

Context menu function
Show content
To print document files, use the
Show content function in the context menu of a selected document (see Displaying Documents). The function opens the selected document with the default program configured in Windows, or with the app configured in Android or iOS. Then use the print function available in the open application.

Office 365 Dashlet
The Microsoft Office 365 dashlet in the preview area also offers the option of printing documents. The print function varies slightly depending on whether you want to print a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document. A detailed description of the print functions can be found in The Microsoft Office 365 dashlet. You do not need an Microsoft Office 365 account in order to print files.
enaio® webclient, enaio® webclient as a desktop application, Microsoft Office, and enaio® client
support editing enaio® coLab\Editing W-Documents
documents using enaio® office-365-dashlet. This does not apply to enaio® mobile or to mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, however.
enaio® webclient cannot be closed if a document is open and being edited using enaio® office-365-dashlet.

The desktop application of enaio® webclient gives you the option to print documents directly from hit lists, from the location, and more. Use the
Print document function in the context menu of the selected document.
To print documents from the desktop application, follow these steps

Select one or multiple documents (for example, in a hit list, in the inbox, or at a filing location).

Open the context menu.

Click the
Print document icon in the context menu.
If you have selected multiple documents, a list of the available printers will be displayed from which you can select the printer you want to use. No additional print options are available.
If you have selected a document, a list of the available printers will be displayed from which you can select the printer you want to use. Additional print options will also be available to you, such as page selection, number of copies to print, and so on.
Selecting the Current page option when printing will always print out the first page of the selected document.
This print function is not available if a rendition PDF is available for all of the selected documents that can be used to print them.
