Sending a Log File

The info dialog in the user menu contains information about various enaio® components, such as their version number, URL, or server address. Information about the connection status is displayed in the info dialog in the desktop application of enaio® webclient and in enaio® mobile. This information is needed by the support team in the event of issues.

To download a log file, follow these steps

  1. Click or tap on the User menu User menu icon in the main menu or your avatar image.

    The user menu now opens.

  2. Click or tap on the Info icon Info icon in the user menu.

    The info dialog of the user menu opens.

  3. Click or tap on the Download log file button in the info dialog and save the log file in your local file system.

    Depending on your browser configuration, the log is either downloaded as a *.zip file to your local file system without you being prompted to confirm this or a dialog used to store the log file in your local file system is displayed.

Send the saved log file to your administrator.
