Reporting Absence and Presence
If you are out of office or absent on holiday, on a business trip, due to illness, or for some other reason, it is best to log off in enaio® as well. This will allow other users with the same roles and appropriate rights to perform workflows and (personalized) work items that normally only you would have access to.
Substitutes can also open and edit follow-ups of absent users.

Click or tap on the User menu icon in the main menu or your avatar image.
The user menu now opens.

Click or tap on the Settings icon in the user menu.
The settings dialog now opens.

Select the Presence tab and click or tap on the Arrow icon next to the Presence entry.
The menu for changing the presence status will open.

Tick or untick the checkbox based on whether to you wish to indicate that you are present or absent.

Click or tap on the Apply button to apply all changes made in the settings and close the settings dialog. Restart the client, if necessary.
If you are reported as out of office, you will be automatically asked whether to report your presence when starting enaio® webclient the next time.
If no other user has the same role or all users with the same role are absent, you will require a substitute. This substitute can then continue to carry out workflows and (personalized) work items that typically only you have access to (see Setting Up Substitutes).
