Showing E-Mails
E-mails filed in enaio® (*.eml) can be opened directly with the default e-mail program configured in Windows or the app configured in Android or iOS using the Show content command in the context menu. This allows you to quickly access e-mail attachments that have not been rendered in enaio® and therefore not shown in the content preview.
When the command is run in enaio® webclient as a desktop application and enaio® mobile, the e-mail will be opened using the corresponding default program configured in the local operating system or the corresponding app. In enaio® webclient, you can download the e-mail or transfer it directly to the e-mail program via individual browser settings.
This feature is also available for e-mail attachments that have been synchronized offline.
This feature is not available for e-mails with the *.msg file type.
