Using Saved Searches with Variables (Quick Search)
Saved searches let you quickly access frequently used search patterns. Saved searches with variables can be found in the Quick search area of the main menu. You can open the quick search via the Quick search icon in the main menu.
You can find all saved searches with variables that you created in enaio® client and have been assigned to you via profile administration in the Quick search area under My quick searches. You can only rename, edit, or remove the searches in this area using enaio® client. Searches assigned via profile administration are shown with a Profile distribution icon and cannot be edited.
Under Public quick searches you can find saved searches with variables created by the administrator that are available to all users. The searches in this area cannot be renamed, resorted, or removed by you.
