The xxx user profile

The enaio® coLab xxx user profile contains a variety of information and features for you. Clicking the round user icon in the header of enaio® coLab will open the xxx user profile.

In the xxx user profile you can

• receive information on enaio® coLab, such as:

  • the product version or the component version

    You need this information if you want to make use of OPTIMAL SYSTEMS support.

  • the user documentation

    Click the User documentation item in the menu to access the enaio® coLab online help.

• Receive information on your xxx user profile, such as:

  • the display language

    You have the option of changing the display language of enaio® coLab (see Changing the Display Language).

  • your user name

    The user name is automatically adopted during registration to enaio® coLab using the information from the accounts on which the registration is based. It cannot be changed.

  • your e-mail address stored in enaio® coLab

    You use this e-mail address to receive notifications when new tasks are created, for example. The e-mail address is automatically adopted during registration to enaio® coLab using the information from the accounts on which the registration is based. It cannot be changed.

    You have the option of de/activating the receipt of e-mail notifications for assigned coLab tasks in the User Settings.

    No e-mail address is stored in enaio® coLab when registering via social media accounts such as Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. For this reason, notifications such as those regarding assigned tasks are not possible. However, you have the option of subsequently entering an e-mail address in the user data (see Changing User Data).
