The user menu gives you an overview of the key information about your account in enaio® coLab. The settings in the user menu apply to all project rooms in enaio® coLab for which you are a member.
Clicking the round user icon in the header of enaio® coLab will open the user menu. The dropdown menu that appears is divided into the 
User profile, 
About enaio® coLab, 
User documentation, and 
Log out areas.

User profile |
The Your user name and e-mail address are automatically populated using the information from the accounts on which the registration is based. The data cannot be modified. No e-mail address is stored in enaio® coLab when registering via social media accounts such as Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. For this reason, notifications such as those regarding assigned tasks are not possible. |
