If an antivirus program has been integrated into your enaio® coLab system, then an 
Upload status icon is shown in the main navigation. Open the upload status view by clicking the icon. The upload status view lists all current and completed uploads in a table. An entry is created in the upload table when you add or replace one ore more files in the files view of enaio® coLab. The table provides information on whether the upload was successful or not, or whether problems occurred during upload or while scanning for viruses.
Next to this, in the table, you can find the file names of the files that were scanned, the date of the scan, and a dropdown menu containing additional functions that you can use to open the content preview and delete entries in the table. You can sort the upload status table by file name, scanning status, and upload date. You will also find an input field in the upload status table where you can enter a search request.
