Changing the Project Start Page
Users can individually define the start page for project rooms in enaio® coLab. This change in settings applies to all project rooms in which the user is a member (see Changing the project start page (user documentation)).
Operating enaio® coLab with a Microsoft Database
enaio® coLab can also be operated with a database on a Microsoft SQL server. In most cases, this makes it possible to use the same database server as for enaio® (see Installing a Microsoft SQL database).
Logging in with One-Time Passwords
Users can now log in to enaio® coLab with one-time passwords. The prerequisite is that the project room owner sends a corresponding invitation (see Invitations settings area (user documentation)).
This functionality must be activated by the administrator by making an entry in the colab-prod.yml file (see Setting up quick access for enaio® coLab).
Activating the coLab API
The use of coLab can be controlled via an entry in the configuration file. The API is disabled if the key does not exist or the key value is false (see The API in enaio® coLab).
Redesign for enaio® coLab
The user interface of enaio® coLab has been fundamentally revised. This gives enaio® coLab a much more modern look and a number of improvements in its use (see enaio® coLab 11.10 – software documentation for users).
enaio® office-365-dashlet Displays Descriptive File Names
In the preview, enaio® office-365-dashlet no longer displays the object ID of the selected document as before, but a descriptive file name. This file name is created based on index data and user settings in enaio®.
