enaio® 11.10

enaio® contentviewer is a framework application that combines enaio® documentviewer and enaio® detailsviewer, enabling a combined view of the content preview and the details preview in clients.

When carrying out interface projects, there are also other possibilities to integrate enaio® contentviewer. Please contact the OPTIMAL SYSTEMS consulting team for information about this.

Installation

enaio® contentviewer is a component that is available once the services enaio® gateway, enaio® appconnector, and enaio® documentviewer are available.

enaio® contentviewer is integrated into the 'applet' service.

The setup automatically registers the component in enaio® server and enters its home URL in enaio® enterprise-manager.

This URL can be opened and changed from the Server properties > Category: Services > ContentViewer > Home URL menu.

If several servers are used and access one enaio® contentviewer installation, the URL address of enaio® contentviewer for all servers in enaio® enterprise-manager will have to be manually changed after installation.

Configuration

When opening files, enaio® contentviewer displays the detailed preview with index data and basic parameters by default. To display the content preview first, add the home URL as shown here:

Navigation

Navigate through the help pages using the table of contents on the left. If it is not displayed when the window width is small, you can temporarily show it via the hamburger menu on the right.

Use the arrows on the toolbar to navigate to the next/previous page.

You can show hidden areas. Use the toolbar to show all hidden areas at once:

Clicking the product icon in the header returns you to the beginning of the current area. Use the toolbar to access the initial page:
