Changing how System Columns Are Displayed in Workflow Inboxes
You can customize how system columns are displayed in the My incoming messages and Current workflows workflow inboxes in the user menu settings. You can open the Settings in the User menu via the main menu.
You can also open User menu with a click or tap on your avatar image in the main menu, if it has been set up.
You can show and hide the following system columns in the Inboxes tab in the settings:
Identifies a work item such as Invoice processing or Last work item, and thus provides information about the task to be completed. The names of the work items are configured in the workflow model.
Usually describes the reason for a workflow. Depending on the workflow model, the field is preassigned or can be edited by the workflow initiator or the workflow participants.
Displays the date on which the workflow was created.
Displays the due date provided it has been defined in the workflow model and was set during workflow initialization.
Displays the name of the workflow model.
Shows if a work item has been personalized and if so, by whom (see Personalizing Work Items and Clearing Personalizations).
The user-specific configuration of system columns in enaio® webclient is taken into account on all other enaio® clients and vice versa. That means, for example, settings changes made in enaio® webclient are applied the next time enaio® webclient as a desktop application, enaio® mobile, and enaio® client are launched.
The following applies if you are using enaio® mobile on a smartphone:
The system columns are hidden in the workflow inboxes on smartphones due to limited screen space. Likewise, the setting options for the system columns are not displayed in the user menu.
The display changes if the screen of the mobile device is less than 420 pixels in width or height.

Click or tap on the User menu icon in the main menu or your avatar image.
The user menu now opens.

Click or tap on the Settings icon in the user menu.
The settings dialog now opens.

Select the Inboxes tab and click or tap on the Arrow icon next to the System columns for workflows entry.
The menu for showing or hiding system columns is displayed.

Use the slider to set the required status:

Drag the slider to the right.
The corresponding system column is displayed.

Drag the slider to the left.
The corresponding system column is not displayed.

Click or tap on the Apply button to apply all changes made in the settings and close the settings dialog. Restart the client, if necessary.
