You will find all features necessary to use AXVALID in the ribbon. The features are divided into the following groups:

Chooses a page with the page number.

Browses to the first, previous, next, or last document.

Opens a dialog in which you can select a document using the document number.

Rotates pages 90 degrees to the left or right.

Deletes the current page.

Zooms in on or out of the document in the display window.

Shows/hides the preview area with the page preview of all pages in the batch.

The selected zoom level will be applied to the following pages.

If this option is enabled, changed settings are saved automatically when you exit AXVALID.

Adjusts the page view to the height of the display window.

Adjusts the page view to the width of the display window.

Adjusts the page view to the width and height of the display window.

Enables/disables document separation. If document separation is activated, you do not browse from page to page but from document to document.

Enables/disables mandatory field checking. Activate mandatory field checking to show only pages where mandatory fields are configured but not completed. If you disable this, all pages will be shown.

Activates the OCR mode.

In OCR mode, you can then transfer a depicted page or parts of it to optical character recognition. Drag a rectangle over the desired area while holding the mouse button down. The identified text will be inserted into the indexing field where the cursor was positioned previously.

Barcode recognition is also possible. To do so, draw a rectangle using the left mouse button over the barcode on the page while pressing CTRL. The identified barcode will be inserted automatically into the indexing field where the cursor was positioned previously.

Optical character recognition, such as FineReader, must be installed and integrated into enaio® server.

Enables/disables selection mode. In this mode you can select multiple pages in the preview area by holding the SHIFT or CTRL key and then rotate, move, or delete the pages.

Selection mode can be enabled only if document separation is disabled.

Finalizes and forwards a batch.

Finalizes a batch without forwarding it.

The batch can be edited later. Changes will be saved.
