Importing Images
If image or PDF files were already scanned or there are image files of other applications, a business process can start with the import of images. To do so, the subprogram AXIMGIMP is used. The image path will be entered during configuration by your administrator.
Image files will be imported once a batch assigned to the AXIMGIMP subprogram is started. In the default configuration, original files will be renamed and receives the extension 'BAK'. However, your administrator can also configure the subprogram AXIMGIMP so that, for example, a selection dialog prompts you to select image files, a batch list is created after the import, or the imported original files are deleted after batch execution. So please contact your administrator if you have any questions.
The batch will then be assigned to the next subprogram.
