Installation Requirements

Service Release 5 Hotfix 11

The current Service Release 5 Hotfix 11 requires the installation of the following updates to ensure the system functions properly:

  • 'office365-dashlet' service in version 3.0.3 or later.

    \11.00\Backend\Service-Manager-Update

  • enaio® appconnector 11.0.0.182 or later.

    \11.0\Backend\AppConnector

Service Release 5 Hotfix 3

The current Service Release 5 Hotfix 3 requires the installation of the following updates to ensure the system functions properly:

  • DMS service 6.4.1 or later.

Service Release 5

The Service Release 5 requires the installation of the following updates to ensure the system functions properly:

  • DMS service 6.3.1 or later.

Service Release 3

The Service Release 3 requires the installation of the following updates to ensure the system functions properly:

  • DMS service 6.2 or later.

Service Release 1

The current Service Release 2 and its hotfixes require the installation of the following updates to ensure the system functions properly:

  • server-patch.exe 11.0.2 or later.

Installation

The installation data can be obtained via the Service Portal.

The latest version of enaio® webclient as a desktop application will be available and automatically installed following the update. Existing profiles will be imported. The NSIS installer for manual installation has also been updated.

enaio® mobile has also been updated with Service Release 5.
