enaio® webclient 10.10 »

Saved searches let you quickly access frequently used search patterns. Saved searches with variables can be found in the Quick search icon Quick search area of the main menu. You can open the quick search via the Quick search icon Quick search icon in the main menu.

You can find all saved searches with variables that you created in enaio® client and have been assigned to you via profile administration in the Quick search icon Quick search area under My quick searches. You can only rename, edit, or remove the searches in this area using enaio® client. Searches assigned via profile administration are shown with a Profile distribution iconProfile distribution icon and cannot be edited.

Under Public quick searches you can find saved searches with variables created by the administrator that are available to all users. The searches in this area cannot be renamed, resorted, or removed by you.

Saved searches with variables from the Quick search icon Quick search in the main menu can also be used in the My searches area on the dashboard. Information on how to transfer and manage saved searches in the My searches area is available in My Searches.

Stored basic parameter searches with variables ($VAR$, $STAT$) are currently not supported and are marked with the note "The saved search uses unavailable fields" in the Quick Search or on the Dashboard in the My searches area.
