Quick Search

enaio® webclient 10.10 »

The quick search contains the saved searches with variables (see Using Saved Searches with Variables (Quick Search)). Saved searches with variables can be set up in enaio® clientExternal link icon. Once set up in enaio® client, the saved search will appear the next time you open enaio® webclient in the Quick search icon Quick search area in the main menu.

You can open the object search via the Quick search icon Quick search icon in the main menu.

The Quick search icon Quick search is subdivided into the following areas:

  • My quick searches

    Here you can find all saved searches with variables that you created yourself in enaio® client and that have been assigned to you via profile administration. Only you can access these searches.

    You can only rename, edit, or remove the queries in this area using enaio® client.

    Searches assigned via profile administration are shown with a Profile distribution iconProfile distribution icon and cannot be edited.

  • Public quick searches

    Here you can find saved searches with variables available to all users that were created by the administrator.

    The searches in this area cannot be renamed, resorted, or removed by you.

Stored basic parameter searches with variables ($VAR$, $STAT$) are currently not supported and are marked with the note "The saved search uses unavailable fields" in the Quick Search or on the Dashboard in the My searches area.
