Logging In Using enaio® webclient
enaio® webclient is started in the browser. It is not necessary to install the program locally. It can be opened in the current versions of popular browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. enaio® webclient uses cookies to cache information. You may also need to give permission for your browser to cache cookies for the use of enaio® webclient.
The Login Dialog

Your administrator has provided you with a user name and password for enaio®.

Your administrator has provided you with an IP address/URL so you can connect to enaio®.

A working Internet connection to enaio® server.
To open enaio® webclient using a browser and log in to enaio®, follow these steps

Launch a browser.

Enter the IP address/URL for enaio® webclient in your browser and click or tap Enter ↩.
The login dialog of enaio® webclient will open.

Enter your login data into the Name and Password fields and click the Log in button.
You will be logged in to enaio® and the dashboard of enaio® webclient will open.
Password
Once you have successfully logged in to enaio®, you should change your password after logging in for the first time (see Changing the Password).
You can configure enaio® to force you to change the password after logging in for the first time. This one-time password only enables you to set a new password that will allow you to work in enaio® initially.
If you enter an incorrect password three times while logging in, the user account will be automatically locked. You can ask your administrator to reset your password and have your user account unlocked.
The administrator can generally unblock the password after three failed login attempts in enaio® enterprise-manager (see Server Properties ).
Logging in with Keycloak
enaio® webclient supports logging in with Keycloak. Your system administrator will provide you with the login data for logging in to enaio® using Keycloak.

You administrator has provided you with a user name and password for logging in to enaio® using Keycloak.

Your administrator has provided you with an IP address/URL so you can access Keycloak for the login.

A working Internet connection to enaio® server.
The Keycloak login dialog opens when you enter the IP address/URL for the Keycloak login in the browser. Enter your Keycloak user name and your password in the fields and click the Log in button. You will then be logged in to enaio® and the enaio® webclient dashboard will open.
If you tick the Remember me checkbox when logging in, you do not need to log in again

if you exited the enaio® webclient without logging out.
You can exit enaio® webclient without logging out by closing the tab in the browser.

if enaio® webclient was moved to the background.
For example, if, while working in enaio®, you switch to a different application, work there, and then return to enaio® webclient.

if the connection to enaio® server was lost due to a longer period of inactivity (session timeout) or due to technical events.
