Workflow models are managed in a directory structure of projects and workflow families in the model explorer.

You can create any number of projects in the workflow projects area. You can assign any number of workflow families to a project. Allocate models to each workflow family.

Only one model of a workflow family can be set to 'active', i.e., it can be used.

A workflow family which is associated with a model cannot be deleted.

On the Advanced tab, you can define the process priority and specify users for statistics reports.

The priority level 'normal' is preset for every process of a workflow family. When increasing the priority, every process in the family that was subsequently started will have a higher priority than processes of workflow families with lower priorities.

Set which user can view and create reports for models of this family in enaio® client in the Rights area.

Configurations must be created for the reports in enaio® administrator-for-workflow.
