System Roles

yuuvis® RAD is delivered with a set of system roles:

• System-Admin-Role/System-Global-Admin-Role

  Administrative system roles. All functional rights available in the system are granted for these roles.

• System-User-Role

  System role for a user who can access the document management system. The following functional rights are granted for this role:

  • Save settings
  • Show full history
  • Share saved search
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Create subscriptions for other users
  • Manage follow-ups
  • Create follow-ups for other users

System roles are roles without object type rights.

System roles can be added via an update. In the process, changes to system roles are overwritten. For this reason, system roles cannot be changed.
